Experience before explanation
Notice the bodily, emotional, perceptual and relational signal. A feeling is real as an experience even when its first explanation remains uncertain.

The source paper and its LOVE-0 perspective set are published together so readers can examine the idea, the change in expression and the integrity record without confusing one for another.

Notice the bodily, emotional, perceptual and relational signal. A feeling is real as an experience even when its first explanation remains uncertain.
Compare language, evidence, context and affected perspectives. The hyphen keeps lived experience connected to disciplined inquiry without allowing either to erase the other.
The publication frame
Loss Is Not Nothing presents the Multi-Resolution Relational Adaptation Framework (MRRAF), a conceptual working paper about loss, sadness, grief-load, nostalgia, love, care and adaptive change.
Its central relationship is simple: loss changes a previously learned relationship between a person and the world; adaptation is the multi-level process through which that relationship is reorganised. The paper does not ask the past to disappear. It asks what mattered, what changed and how a person can remain connected to meaning while learning the changed present.
The Green Tank publishes this work as a model that knows it is a model: open to evidence, other disciplines, lived experience, correction and revision.
What the processing was
The original paper has not been edited for this publication. It is preserved in PDF and DOCX exactly as supplied.
The second set records an experimental perspective-processing pass through the LOVE-0 Machine-Neutral Care, Humility and Perspective Module. LOVE-0 is used as a transformation procedure—not as scientific evidence for MRRAF and not as a substitute for peer review.
Receive the experience and identify what each perspective may be trying to protect.
Keep the current model corrigible and make room for alternative explanations.
Separate observation, feeling, inference, hypothesis and unknown; retain evidence and uncertainty.
Use care, consent, proportionality and freedom from unnecessary coercion in the response.
Observe consequences, repair avoidable harm and update the model when new information arrives.
The processed edition keeps the MRRAF evidence set, in-text citations, hypotheses, limitations and reference list in view while changing the perspective through which the material is expressed. Read the LOVE-0 module ↓

Reading boundary
MRRAF’s terms are provisional and do not replace conventional psychological terminology, clinical assessment, personal testimony or professional care. In mainstream psychology, grief is broader than the paper’s narrower working term grief-load.
The publication invites comparison across resolutions and disciplines. It does not claim one vocabulary contains the complete person, and it does not turn distress into permission for control.
