Learning is a matter of perspective.

Four learning files · one comparison record

The papers are published together as a visible learning sequence: each perspective can change the next without being erased by it.

Why it belongs here

A mind, model or system learns by meeting another view.

Learning Is a Matter of Perspective examines how people and machines form working interpretations from different bodies, histories, capabilities, contexts and feedback.

Its revisions move from a cross-system account of learning, through reciprocal learning with care, toward a clearer recognition that equal dignity does not require identical capacity, route or meaning.

That makes the set a natural companion to Loss Is Not Nothing: both ask how a relationship with the world can change while memory, difference and meaning remain visible.

Relative development

Each revision keeps a memory of the one before it.

This is an editorial map of the supplied files, not a claim that later automatically means truer.

0.1

Define the relationship

Learning changes an internal model. Perspective locates the observer. Semantic relativity asks what a term means within the system using it.

0.2

Learn alongside

Care, friendship and humility make learning reciprocal. The person or system guiding the enquiry must remain able to change too.

0.3

Respect different paths

Shared aims can be approached through different capacities, environments and meanings. Unity need not flatten difference.

How LOVE-0 compared the set

Careful comparison.
Visible limits.

The LOVE-0 record treats comparison as a disciplined care process. It asks what each paper is trying to protect, what perspective may be missing, which statements are evidence or interpretation, and what form of expression preserves agency and a route to correction.

  1. L
    Listen

Receive the paper’s concern and identify the people, systems and relationships it may affect.

  2. O
    Open

Make room for missing perspectives, alternative interpretations and different needs.

  3. V
    Verify

Separate claims from proposals and examine confidence, consent, power, harm, proportionality and reversibility.

  4. E
    Express

Choose the smallest useful, care-centred response that preserves the defensible purpose.

  5. 0
    Learn

Let outcomes, correction and repair change the next response.

The comparison also uses MIRROR when fear, loyalty, guilt, urgency or status might attach an unsupported explanation to a real experience. LOVE-0 is a review lens here—not proof that a claim is true and not a substitute for independent evidence, peer review or testing. Read the LOVE-0 module ↓

Keep the comparison beside them.

The four learning-paper files and the LOVE-0 comparison are published exactly as supplied. Labels explain their relationship without editing their contents.

What the comparison supports

A stronger question can improve a model without turning it into fact.

Publication boundary

The record describes a review, not an experiment.

The LOVE-0 comparison is a qualitative editorial review. It did not run a programme, human, machine or policy trial, and it does not freshly verify every scientific, medical, engineering or social claim appearing in the source material.

Repetition across papers by the same author does not create independent evidence. Shared language can show continuity of thought; it cannot by itself establish truth.

Supply note: the comparison document refers to a learning version 0.4, but no v0.4 file was supplied with this publication set. The Green Tank has not reconstructed or inferred the missing document.
